Is Jeremy Corbyn right to insist on ruling out no deal before engaging?

I am not a fan of JC and think he has repeatedly fucked up on Brexit but I also think it is IMPERATIVE that we avoid no deal.
Is he right to dig his heels in on this issue or is it just another example of his intransigence?
I'm inclined to think he is right, but are there good reasons why it should not be ruled out?

Michel Barnier has just said that taking no deal off the table is impossible. Do people just not believe him, I wonder? Brexiteers seem to be waiting for the EU to blink first. Seems a risky tactic to me.

It is impossible because it’s meaningless. If the two sides can’t agree then it’s no deal Brexit.

Exactly. So why is Kier Starmer still talking about taking no deal off the table? I can't imagine we'd get an extension just so we can piss about for 3 months longer Hmm

I do respect Kier Starmer, so I'm presuming he isn't a fool and knows what he wants.

I can't stand JC. He is a twit. He has no idea how negotiations work. This brinkmanship he is trying is just stupid.

If he's not even speaking to the gov. then they will go off and make decisions without the labour party.

The UK can take 'no deal' off the table by agreeing on a softer Brexit, as there is likely to be a majority in the HoC for that option - across party lines. But TM is afraid she'll spilt the Tory party and lose power by doing so.

Well that's his red line. T.Mays red lines have cause so many problems so why insist on another.
Talk to each other for goodness sake.

Talk to each other for goodness sake

why? May has made it very clear she is not prepared to talk about her red lines or her deal.

what is there to talk about?

Brexitiers voted to leave the EU, there was nothing about a Deal on my ballot paper, so why on earth do they now want a deal with an organisation they apparently dispise?

Personally, i think these people should get their no-deal brexit and companies can relocate to europe and give well paid skilled work to people who appreciate it.

If our Government/MPs and its people are too fucking thick to see what is happening right before their very eyes, then they deserve what is coming down the track.
