Just that really, and although MN doesn't represent the whole of the country, how many REMAINERS would now vote LEAVE? And how many LEAVERS would now vote REMAIN?

I voted leave and I have no qualms about saying so

long term the EU wants a united states of Europe, political union, centralization of power

I don't want to be a part of that

having given us a referendum the govt ought to have had a plan for either outcome, this political turmoil is not the fault of those who voted leave it is the fault of the govt who failed to make proper provision for the situation

mysteriousbat · 26/06/2016 19:47

Voted remain and would again.

Much as I'm not happy about the result I don't understand the point in a another referendum, although having said that I have heard several people who voted leave say they would change. Not worth it though, what's the point. Even if the result was different it would make a mockery of the whole point of a referendum.

I don't think it should have been down to the public to decide anyway, the ramifications go further than most of us had the time to really research and fully understand.

Voted leave and would do so.

Well said glassgarden I feel let down by Cameron.

Of course this turmoil is the fault of the leave voters because a) you should have noticed the leave camp had no proper provision and b) should have known this turmoil was inevitable.

This turmoil was what you voted for. If you weren't aware of that when you voted you were not informed enough to be voting.

Well said glassgarden I feel let down by Cameron

Cameron told you to vote remain and you didn't listen. What did you think was going to happen??

Permanentlyexhausted · 26/06/2016 21:31

Remain and yes, I'd vote Remain again without a doubt.

Absolutely nothing I've seen or heard since Thursday makes me think that Leave was or will be anything but a catastrophe, either for the UK as a whole (while it is still whole) or for the family and friends I have for whom the fallout has already been devastating and immediate.

Pagwatch · 26/06/2016 21:36

Is anyone really going to admit that they have changed their mind in a couple of days. I mean, how stupid can people fess up to being?

HappydaysArehere · 26/06/2016 21:43

I would vote the same! That is remain. I do believe that a lot of people used their votes as a protest thinking we would never leave the EU. Also, some were beguiled into thinking that money saved was going into the NHS. Remember the Leave campaign's advert of an old woman being led first into a crowded A and E while In appeared on the screen , then the Leave showed an almost empty waiting room! I really don't think that all the ramifications were explored and a simplified picture accompanied by mantras were accepted with the feeling that we would never leave anyway.
