Just thought to start an active thread to support one another on the 11+ journey. Some results are out this week. How are you feeling? Any plans on how to communicate outcomes with DC?

@Mamba3026 i didn’t apply to St Paul’s and WUS but a few people I know did and got through the interview stage. Haven’t heard any feedback yet.

We applied to City Boys and we are through to interview stage.

@SamPoodle123 no I didn’t apply to KINGS… too far for us commute wise. I hear it’s an amazing school. DD friend left NLCS for her A levels and never regretted it + she made Oxbridge too.

No I didn’t apply to all the schools just wanted to keep the conversation going 😅.

Sometimes I wonder who needs more support- our DC or the parents😅

Just came out of City Interview, it is so hard to extract anything from my DS.. All he said was "It was okay, I think I did well". Not sure what to make of it😀

Thank you, My DS did say the English paper was quite hard.. So we mellowed down our expectations. There were about 115 children for stage 2 and 60 being called for the interview, which I think is a long shot for us now.. Wish everyone good luck.. I strongly believe we eventually will get what is right for the child

I just received an email saying that my DS has been invited for a WUS 11+ interview, and we are thrilled with the opportunity. However, there was some confusion as my wife received an email with another child’s name, and the school has since apologized and promised to send a correction email. We’re now feeling a bit uncertain about whether our DS is truly in or not, and we’re waiting for clarification.
I also want to acknowledge how nerve-wracking this process can be for all families. For those who didn’t get the outcome they were hoping for, my thoughts are with you, and I know how hard the children have worked. Wishing everyone strength and positivity in this journey.

We heard as well, and thankfully our son has also been called back for interview on Monday. We had the same false alarm, early coronary event with the wrong email. But thankfully sorted!! Wishing everyone else good news as well!

Same here. My Stomach is in knots and I keep refreshing mailbox. Highgate was supposed to publish their results today. But postponed it to go on the same day as others.

CLS results will be out tomorrow for sure, but does anyone thinks WUS will be out tomorrow as well? As on the interview day I was talking to the Registrar and she was saying that they usually publish the results after half term but will try to do before the holidays this year
