hi everyone, i wanted to start a new thread with a NEW topic heading here, as the active one at the moment with over 700 posts looks like it is all about the Cambridge school. This may confuse newcomers.

Let's continue the debate here !
All newcomers welcome !

I will shortly link our two previous threads on MN for any one new to have a look at.

Davy, could you also give a link to your new yahoo list here please ? Thanks.

I think he's gone green by now. Like really bad purple/red bruises turn green after a while.

Perhaps Sune didn't mean to include you among the evil hate-type people, since including you and all the other critics with web sites (Norway, Denmark, England, Australia, Sweden, the Netherlands - if it's still there - etc...) would no longer seem like a small group, but rather a big impressive hate-type group.

Yes, it would be very good if Sune/Eva could provide some insights in the "misunderstandings" that those parents possibly suffered from. Because, obviously, visiting Sune's web sites, don't add to the understanding at all.

The way Sune is working on his karma, I suppose a cosmic kick in the arse wouldn't be totally out of place...

barking · 19/03/2008 21:52

Oh crikey, its all going a bit 'indigo' here
Yes Easeonline - understand we will.
The line from Kahil Gibran's book 'The Prophet' comes to mind:

And a woman spoke, saying, 'Tell us of Pain.'

And he said:

Your pain is the breaking of the shell that encloses your understanding.

And that is where all these recent steiner threads come in, none of us set out to reveal the truth of steiner/waldorf education. In Belgianchocolate's words, we all wanted a 'good alternative'. It was the broken experiences that forced us to seek answers, to 'understand' what is behind the wooden toys, the morning verse and woolly hats.

I was only forced to understand once my child had been violently pushed backwards off a bridge while all the dreamy obedient mothers carried on sewing their bloody gnomes. Nobody explained until afterwards, it was karma.

Eva52 · 19/03/2008 22:33

Alicia Hamberg, AKA zzoey on me:

"I think he's gone green by now."

Nah, went out for a Chickenburger BLT and a coffee, to read one of the morning papers and buy some food. Nothn much colorful. Sorry to disappoint you in your fantasies.

zzooey · 19/03/2008 22:33

Horrifying, barking.

Can't stop the spiritually beneficial sewing just to interfere with karma Somehow I don't have any problem believing you (despite the blinding, alleged fact that mr Chenault and mrs Aniston went to waldorf without being pushed backwards from bridges...)

barking · 19/03/2008 22:38

Shyamalan's 'The Village' spring to mind.
Anyone seen it?

Hi Zooey I love your blog! I wonder why Jennifer Anniston doesn't speak to her mother............

zzooey · 19/03/2008 22:40

Well, perhaps you're green now Sune Nordwall.

Do you really buy the morning newspapers at 11.30 p.m.? That's odd. I though they'd almost stopped selling them this late.

It also suprises me that you eat chicken burgers. I remember you alluding to your healthy lifestyle, eating yoghurt instead of temlor. Don't you know what Steiner The Guru had to say about meat eating? Eating animals and drinking coffee at a time when your spirit is just about to leave your physical shell behind and go hang out with the other souls in the spirit realm?

barking · 19/03/2008 22:43

"Nah, went out for a Chickenburger BLT and a coffee, to read one of the morning papers and buy some food. Nothn much colorful"

Nah? NAH? Oh Eva/Manu/Sune - you trying to be 'street'?

barking · 19/03/2008 22:46

Yes, why read tonight what you could have heard on the radio yesterday morning

Eva52 · 19/03/2008 22:53

zzoey:

"Well, perhaps you're green now ..."

Why? Watching TV and enjoying life! And the chickenburger was during the afternoon.

On the "green" hangup thing - maybe you need to adjust your fanciful clairvoyant goggles. Or buy new ones. Without coloured glasses.

zzooey · 19/03/2008 23:07

Watching Tv and eating chicken burgers? Do you think your soul is doomed already, so it's no use working for spiritual progress?

My clairvoyancy/communication device indicates you're so green that in fact you could be mistaken for a forest.

Don't you know you turn green from lying, too?

As for the coloured glasses, is this perhaps what you anthros use? to turn misery and reality into a rosy coulored idyll?

zzooey · 19/03/2008 23:11

Barking, thanks

The new green Sune is less 'mumsy' and more 'street' - never too late for the invention of yet another persona, now we'll just wait for the new name suiting a hip young gansta'

Eva52 · 20/03/2008 00:14

zzooey:

"Watching Tv and eating chicken burgers? Do you think your soul is doomed already, so it's no use working for spiritual progress?"

Oh no! I had a McD fruit bag too after the burger ... ;-)))

zzooey · 20/03/2008 00:41

Were the fruits biodynamic?

Steiner The Fruitcake would have had concerns regarding your spiritual work if not. I hardly think mcdonald's fruit (grown wrongly at that) will compensate for eating meat.

Eva52 · 20/03/2008 01:00

zzooey:

"Steiner The Fruitcake would have had concerns regarding your spiritual work if not. I hardly think mcdonald's fruit (grown wrongly at that) will compensate for eating meat."

I did not tell you this either at first, as I did not think you were ripe enough for it, but (ssch!) ... us Steiner fruitcakes become holy fruitcakes after stage 52 (or 50, I always forget) on the path of initiation, and after that can live from eating stones already having prepared for Vulcan stage ... (Please don't tell anyone!!!)

Or was it: "Not that which goes into the mouth makes a man unclean, but that which comes out of the mouth."?

But I assume you - as a professed missionary atheist - prefer the first explanation.

northernrefugee39 · 20/03/2008 07:34

Ease- yes, what eva sune doesn't seem to get is that what happened to us was real- we all experienced terrible things.
The people on the websites who tell their stories did, many of the the people on here , but he won't recognise this.
Just lumps it all as "hate group".

And then you get all down wid da kidz daddyo with your chicken burger. The picture I have is bizarre!

Oh lush/pheonix- great new name,
Did you talk to the teachers then?
Or will you be all secretive like Sune? Dying to hear what happened.... think I can guess the answers tho'

PheonixShytes · 20/03/2008 08:57

Fugee I would love to tell you but I am afraid that this thread has drawn a rather dark character here and I don't like hanging with negative types! not good for my indigestion or soul!

PheonixShytes · 20/03/2008 08:58

Glad you like my new name!

PheonixShytes · 20/03/2008 09:00

Gosh poor Sune he can't piss nor get off the pot with you lot!

PheonixShytes · 20/03/2008 09:03

Anyway I am now going to make a Bacon & mushroom sarnie and a pot of fresh coffee. Speak later...

zzooey · 20/03/2008 13:04

Either way, Sune The Holy Fruitcake, you seem to be in spiritual trouble. Junk food goes into the mouth, junk talk comes out of it.

Despite being an atheist, I don't have any missionary urges. I think people should just use their own reasoning abilitites. I have no wish to stop people from being anthroposophists, but I do think that children shouldn't be indoctrinated and fed mumbo jumbo before they've learnt to use their own reason and thinking on more advanced levels.

Anyway, since you're here now, what about making an honest effort to answer Diana's questions? I said we will wait in vain, but you could surprise us, right?

zzooey · 20/03/2008 13:06

Isn't it "phoenix"? (Silly question, I know - I have no idea what pheonix is )

And Northern, yes, the picture is bizarre.

zzooey · 20/03/2008 13:07

I mean 'o' before 'e'?

PheonixShytes · 20/03/2008 13:29

I have no idea what a zzooey is?

barking · 20/03/2008 13:30

ouch

PheonixShytes · 20/03/2008 13:36

Could it be a virtual place where you keep animals?
