doesn't the younder get into the grammar under sibling rule?

or do you want her to go to a different school?

I wish there was a sibling rule. She has to take her chances in the same way that the older one did. It is very cruel and makes me wish sometimes that we hadn't sent the older one to grammar. I know of lots of younger children who didn't get in and were terribly upset about it.
