If you click help on the bottom of ebay homepage theres a contact us bit on the right. Also, with some things you are covered by paypal, not sure what happens in your particular situations though. God how annoying!

CarGirl · 15/05/2009 18:56

name & shame so I can block them on my ebay!

CarGirl · 15/05/2009 18:56

In the short term you can at least put in a paypal claim to get all your money back.

Very very odd!

bohemianbint · 15/05/2009 21:07

oh, I had some loon in Wales sell me something (which came in a skanky state) and then she started harassing me 4 months afterwards saying I hadn't paid! She had sent the item, I had the paypal receipt and she did eventually shut up when I emailed it to her and told her if she continued to harass me I would report her. Will see if I've still got her on my list, would be funny if it was the same person...

Looks like she copied the listing/pic or that is the listing/pic she bought them from before she used them!

SNOWBall4girlz · 16/05/2009 11:09

Take a picture of them as you pack them up

send them back recorded delivery second class
Have you still got the original packing?

As long as she receives them back and signs for them you should get your moneyback through paypal

LaurieFairyCake · 16/05/2009 11:13

I had this too, last year. I got 70 plus emails from this bitch in Bournemouth calling me a cunt and saying she knew where I lived and was going to come round and crap in my mouth

total loon

obviously I got my money back from paypal

Pingpong · 16/05/2009 11:17

What a nutter.
I agree with lollipop
Hope you get your money back

froggy16 · 16/05/2009 11:31

I would register a complaint with paypal and forward to them any emails you have received from her. You should get your money back without having to send them back, although you may have to wait for paypal to go through their process, but they will favour you.
Good luck!

sixlostmonkeys · 16/05/2009 14:09

You should get a refund via a paypal dispute. You will need to return them recorded. I always suggest you send them back (inc original packaging) in a larger different shaped box - as sometimes these nutters can refuse to sign, but if they think it might be something else they will sign.

Any abusive messages from them can be reported via a button at the bottom of the message.

All that rubbish about ebay investigating is, well rubbish. Ebay don't get involved. Any threats of court action is laughable.

(I had one of these last year [sigh])

pagwatch · 17/05/2009 12:46

Has anyone else noticed thatthe crazies often do their commuication entrirely in capital letters?
Why is that I wonder

MoominMymbleandMy · 17/05/2009 13:25

Pagwatch, I've noticed. They are also very fond of underlining and green ink.

Never open anything addressed in green ink.
