If a seller turns out to be a nutter and sends abusive messages, is there someway to contact ebay?

They don`t look used in the pic if anything the look NEW!

I would send Paypal a link to the item so they can look to see they are 'new' and not used in the photo.

I think she protests too much and is a crazy lady. Remember even if you are 20 quid out of pocket you can take great delight in naming and shaming her on here. Keep fighting your corner and hoopefully you will get your refund!
