i won it on sunday have emailed them but heard nothing form them!

That is disgraceful! Have you contacted ebay about it? Or even contact the seller and say you've seen it.

It says collect in person. Had you even managed to get their address to collect it?

I would alert ebay first to show them then contact seller and say you have seen their new listing and are concerned . By email so you have a copy.
Has he responded to your other mails r/e collection ?

start a non-performing dispute on them!

and do it now!

also, leave bad feedback for them ( a big negative!) so that no-one else buys their stuff

Neg them now, anyone bidding will be sure to look at their feedback as it will take them to -1.

I reckon they're just gutted because it went for next nothing...but that's Ebay innit? They should have started bids higher.

Deffo contact them asking to arrnage collection and express concern at the relisting.

If they do have another one, no harm done, if they've decided they don't want you to have it for the price you won it at, open a dispute.

Just say you would like to collect item as you haven't had response in email and need it!

how come you did not get the sold email with their address details? If you were paying by cheque etc you would have needed their address and it would have come up in the first email you got after the sale finished?

ahhh yes i got the won email they want payment by paypal but the email only has the postcode and area

yeah i paid but it was only £1.04 so i wont lose any sleep over it!

its good that you paid and via paypal as it helps your case. Very strange that they are ignoring your email though. when they log into their ebay your message should be there as well as email. and i am sure that they will be on line now cos they have that moped finishing in a mo. why dont you bid for that then not pay - play them at their own game.

click on report this item at the bottom of the listing - there is an option that more or less fits.

He very clearly is unhappy with the price it sold for & figures by ignoring you you'll go away & he'll get away with it.

Email him telling him you are going to report him & explaining why (incase he is that stoopid) contact Ebay, get the current listing pulled& leave him negative feedback!
