oh bugger - just had an email from one of my buyers from beginning of last week asking where her item is. I posted it on the 6th and it hasn't turned up yet............AND I can't find the frigging proof of postage thingymajig either - DS3 has had hold of my wallet.

I've replied to tell her that I posted it on the 6th and to let me know if it hadn't arrived by the end of this week and I'll refund (£8 including p&p ).

Hope she's not pulling a fast one on me - I posted some Golf Shoes the same day and they had arrived by the weekend, and I notice that one of her feedback left for others is "item apparently got lost in the post, refund from seller" - and she's only got a feedback of 11

yeah I hope so - I've also asked them to confirm their address - they haven't ebayed since the start of this year (and only 11 times in 2 1/2yrs) and when I posted it the woman said "oh that's coming up as a business address" - it was the one on their ebay and paypal accounts so I sent it anyhow.

Now I'm wondering if

a) it is was their work address but they've changed jobs

b) there's flats above the business and it's either

1. Been delivered to the busines rather than the flat
2. They've moved house and not updated their details.......

If it's a case of them not updating their address details then I'm not sure whether I should refund or not - is it my fault if the address I have for them is wrong??

Oh no FAQ. Hope it does arrive with the buyer. If it is undelived it may come back to you if you put a return address on.

Probably a silly question but what does do you combine shipping? mean exactly? I think i know but wanted to check before replying to the question!

well they've confirmed the address is correct. I've said if it hasn't arrived by Friday evening then I'll refund them.

Combined postage basically means - will you put everything I've bought into one parcel and I'll have to pay less (as obviously sending 3 items parcelled together is usually less than sending 3 individual items). Does that make sense???

Got 4 items finishing tonight (well one already has)

1st didn't sell
no bids on the next two (yet) only a few minutes to go on each)
but 2 bids on the 4th item

All my current listings end within the next 24hrs and current price (out of 33 items still on, 7 items with bids - £10.85)

np - I always say yes and it means they're more likely to bid if they know they're not going to have to pay so much for the postage (but end up spending more on the stuff I'm selling )_

She has asked : I was just wondering if you had read the book and listened to the cd yourself?

I have said that i found it good but found out i have gall stones and have to follow a low fat/fat free diet so no longer needed it.
This is partly true! I do have gall stones.
