Flibbertyjibbet · 21/07/2008 23:01

You slipped up there shiny, should have reported that to ebay for trading off ebay!

The buyer of the other item lives just near the seller

I bet its her friend. 'pls help me 2 get sum gud +ve feedback'

50% positive feedback has to be the worst I've seen!

MrsThierryHenry · 21/07/2008 23:05

Unbelievable. I recently sold a gorgeous buggy for £50 less than I'd bought it (only used it for 1 month). Was gutted, but that's life, right? This vendor should not use ebay if they have that attitude. Am for you.

DH is watching several more He is a bit obsessed. I had told him not to as several lovely Mners were proffering their scary Fur Real creatures that they wanted to get well shot of that their DC no longer played with but never actually heard from anyone.

Well she is certainly fluent in 4kin text speak no??! She's much better at it than me! And much imaginative use of "text swearing"

She has four different names no less! Her email one.. the one she wanted to me to address the postal order (?) to.. the one on Ebay and the one on Paypal!

Have esculated it to claim now. Will keep you posted.

I know it's just £10.50 but that would help right now as I teeter on the edge of my overdraft limit. And besides, it's the point.

This person should NOT be Ebaying.

As FAQ also pointed out, she broke the rules by using Ebay to sell offline.

In addition to not honouring the rules about auctions.

TinkerBellesMum · 22/07/2008 15:11

Baby was 2 weeks early? I didn't think there was such a thing! 38 weeks is term and baby should be straight out. Sounds like an elaborate lie.

She's listed postage to anywhere for free! That whole listing sounds like it was feedback building. 50% isn't the worst feedback, before she got her friend to buy that she had 05

I hope you get it sorted out soon. I can't believe this is all over £1.50!

overthemill · 22/07/2008 15:15

i had someone open a dispute 'not as described' for somehing that was EXACTLY as described (honest) and as it was my first case I didn't react very quickly as I didn't know what to do.

Ended up with me paying £120 in fees to paypal PLUS refunding the buyer the £30 she'd paid in the first place. Now I immediately give a refund as it instantly closes the case.

Go on, dare her not to resolve it and she will have to pay paypal loads of money AND refund your sum paid - serve her right

Apologies for resurrecting this thread but there are some of those fluffy things down from £30 to £10 here if they are still craved.
