She charged me 20.00 for a parcel that cost her 6.50. It took over a week to arrive. I was expecting it to arrive the next day as her postage stated that she was flexible.

Not. Sent me the stuff by 2nd class post. I asked her for a tenner back and gave neutral feedback. She has given me dreadful feedback as well. It's funny though because I don't rely on Ebay.

I think you agreed up front to pay the postage at £20 - you knew that and agreed to pay.

However, I would have emailed saying you were annoyed and expected a faster service for the £20.

Sellers are only allowed to charge reasonable postage and packaging costs. Some inflate the costs to make a bit more money (as they don't pay ebay fees on the postage). Unless she has wrapped it in gold leaf it sounds as though postage costs were inflated. You have grounds to report this aspect of it to ebay (maybe with a warning email first).

i think there is a way of complaining about unfair postage amounts.
not sure though as i dont ebay very often.

"Retalitary neg feedback. I objected to paying over-inflated postage".

What I meant is that I would complain to ebay regarding the inflated postage. They do take that seriously. It is part of their fee avoidance rules. CHeck the link I posted below.

Yeah but it has not cost her £13.50 in brown paper and petrol. £10 would have been reasonable IMO.

Deffo report to ebay. If she had refunded £10 I would have let it ride.

Bundles also have high postage. You didn't realise that the postage costs would actually be so low until you saw the royal mail stamp. The fact that you agreed to pay it does not mean that it is fair postage.

Oh and she stated 2nd class so you should have expected to wait a week IMO.

I am going to leave this with the fact that she is a Pikey fuck!
