She charged me 20.00 for a parcel that cost her 6.50. It took over a week to arrive. I was expecting it to arrive the next day as her postage stated that she was flexible.

Not. Sent me the stuff by 2nd class post. I asked her for a tenner back and gave neutral feedback. She has given me dreadful feedback as well. It's funny though because I don't rely on Ebay.

I don't know how many of you have checked my Ebay status, but as a seller, its fine. That stupid bitch has sullied it.

We have reported to ebay about over inflated postage costs and they done nothing.

Yes I saw - you can ask for mutual removal on the grounds that

a) she refunds £10
and
b) you don't report to ebay

I am going to bed now - but I would honestly report this, especially as you have nothing left to loose as far as I can see

VeniVidiVickiQV · 03/06/2007 23:28

Exactly why you should report it.

Whenever I have had an issue with a seller or a product I have bought the seller has ALWAYS without fail bent over backwards to make it right. I have had postage refunded for delayed postage, full refund for goods that worked, but werent in particularly good condition. Items not received (by reliable seller) re-sent at no extra charge. Additional items sent when in a pack of pens some werent working.

All of them were really amenable, apologetic, and eager to sort it out.

I've just posted 45 items of Maternity clothes second class to Ireland, with Insurance for £13!!! To Wrap them, I used thick plastic like what catologue clothes come in and 4 layers of brown paper! They weighed a tonne, I had to get my friend to wait with my baby as I couldn't manage to carry the package and her into the post office and I charged £20!

Your 15 items costing £20 is ridiculos.

Unfortunately, many people do get caught out by the high postage some people set on ebay.

What gets me though, is when I paid £5 for postage and then got a card through my door from the post office asking me to collect a package which was underpaid. When |I Collected it, it was my ebay purchase and it cost me £2 to park in town and £1 handling fee plus the 50p shortfall on the postage!!! As for the packaging, it was in a A4 envelope!!!

Please look at this listing...

Nothing to do with your thread...just thought I'd be cheeky!!!

I came across it when I searched for Neuroblastoma, as I lost my son to the terrible childhood cancer nearly 5 years ago.

This girl is selling Neuroblastoma wrist bands to raise funds for the Neuroblastoma Society for more research into treatment and causes.

They are only £1 each and £1 postage.

Her daughter is fighting the disease at the moment.

If everyone reading this thread buys one it can help raise funds and awareness of this awful disease.
