I recently sold an item on ebay and the buyer sent the money, and I posted the item.

Now, I did post 3 days late but I was on tour and didnt get the email with his address til I got back. I apologised to him, and explained that I was away. He seemed okay with it.

I have had about 15 emails from the buyer, claiming that he never recieved the item.
I have douvle checked the address with him. It was the right one. He has now opened a dispute on paypal and ebay about me and i dont know what to do. he is asking for POD number (?) and delivery number (again, ??)It was just a normal 'post in a jiffy bag' thing, so i didnt get anything like that?

I dont know what to do, and am worried as i have spent the money (it was nearly £200)

Five quid to support your kids lou? Ha! Pull the other one ... You just can't help yourself ... It's a disease ...

SoupDreggon · 03/04/2007 18:11

Have you tried being really cheeky and claiming for it on your house insurance? Nothing to lose, they can only say yes or no

lou33 · 03/04/2007 18:25

a fiver is a fiver, every little helps

imaginaryfriend · 03/04/2007 23:12

I bought dd some new school socks today for a fiver. Not worth the risk of a jail sentence in my mind. Sniff.

lou33 · 04/04/2007 10:33

depends how broke you are lol

imaginaryfriend · 04/04/2007 21:38

Couldn't you try busking? Or just searching round on the floor for dropped pennies?

lou33 · 05/04/2007 12:22

i do that as well

imaginaryfriend · 05/04/2007 18:26

I think I tossed you 50p today. Was that you on the Jubilee Line doing Abba covers?

lou33 · 05/04/2007 18:31

no i was on the central line doing woman by wolfmother, and killing in the name of, by rage against the machine

imaginaryfriend · 05/04/2007 20:46

... and being dragged away by the underground police? ...

lou33 · 05/04/2007 22:36

BassMama · 06/04/2007 00:12

imaginaryfriend · 06/04/2007 12:56

How much did you make then?

imaginaryfriend · 06/04/2007 12:58

But BM, lou and I are serious. She's a master criminal busker and I'm a master innocent.

lou33 · 06/04/2007 17:27

about£3.50

i knew i should have left my clothes on...

imaginaryfriend · 06/04/2007 17:42

Yeah ... You'd probably have got a fiver if you'd kept 'em on.

lou33 · 06/04/2007 17:43

i should have threatened to take them off if they didnt pay up, couldve made a fortune

imaginaryfriend · 07/04/2007 21:50

Try that one next time maybe?

So, can I have my wheels back then? Now I've broken your cover and all that?

lou33 · 07/04/2007 23:55

imaginaryfriend · 08/04/2007 12:31

Seven quid and you fit them back on.

lou33 · 08/04/2007 16:59

imaginaryfriend · 08/04/2007 17:50

You're having a laugh.
