I bought DD a phone & paid to have it next day

On Wednesday, they haven't even posted it yet according to Royal Mail

I know it's only a day; but it concerns me that they say they have despatched it & they haven't (apparently)

Is this a Royal mail hiccup or have I made an enormous mistake?

If she needs the phone for music wouldn't she be better keeping her existing phone and getting an iPod touch for the music (instead of a phone).
What course is she doing that NEEDS an iPhone 4S?

It's all sorted - I bought one for the same price from CEX in Norwich from a lovely man who was very patient with me

DD is happy - I am knackered (& slightly broke)

What course dictated what bit of equipment is needed?
