feedback extortion.

I reported a buyer for feedback extortion.

I've received this back from ebay CS

"I gathered from your email that the buyer has threatened to leave negative feedback on your account if you will not send them money.

We've looked into the situation again and can see that this isn't a case of feedback extortion"

Best of luck - I am sure you must be feeling nervous but I hope it isn't too stressful for you.

Surely the judge will do the right thing and sentence them to some sort of penal colony.

I'm a bit late but wanted to wish you the best of luck. I'm sending as much moral support as is possible through the power of MN.
I'm hoping that this will be the absolute end of this farce and they get humiliated by the Judges response. I don't often wish for that but they need to be stopped - I don't know if they chanced their luck or somehow found info on you and thought you were vulnerable - they picked on the wrong woman! They are vile but you are amazing and have met them head on.

I remember this thread from a ages ago too, can't believe OP is actually in court today for not returning some money she's not required to refund anyway. Totally bonkers Shock
