feedback extortion.

I reported a buyer for feedback extortion.

I've received this back from ebay CS

"I gathered from your email that the buyer has threatened to leave negative feedback on your account if you will not send them money.

We've looked into the situation again and can see that this isn't a case of feedback extortion"

I won't say good luck because luck won't come into it, just a bit of common sense on the part of the judge.

And also I need to post so this goes back in my current threads.

Remember that judges are well trained in extracting only relevant information. They will aim their questions to find out exactly what they need. Although it may be frustrating you need to just answer what he asks and resist any temptation to try and 'get your side over'.

Idiots will always out themselves, you have nothing to worry about!
