If you've applied recently, how long did it take? I've had an email saying "by 1st sept" just wondering if its usually quicker.

Mine was only a couple of months ago and came quicker than a the deadline it gave

Oh fair enough. I wasn't told my deadline as I am doing my divorce through a solicitor. But if you applied after me with deadline of 1st September. I would imagine mine wouldn't be any later than that?

By looks of other people posting, I would imagine mine bieng granted by next week? Let's see what happens

I could apply for mine on 28 Feb so did it that day and it was read out in court on 20 March & I got the conditional order the next day

No, I've just checked. I applied 4th August, and the date given was 1st Sept, so you should hear by 21st August maybe? I was expecting it to be longer , but now it seems to be dragging!

Assuming still nothing @Danidutch ? Feels like forever. I've been separated AGES but just want it over now. It's making me anxious.

Hi just been updated.

So it turns out my conditional order was applied on 30th july, not 25th July.

Anyways I got email today my court hearing on 31st August. Then from there my 6 weeks starts on that day.

If I worked it out right, you should receive an update next 5 working days.
