Started yesterday after breakfast at 105.2kg. I've got a hba1c test today to track it.
So far so Good! Im using exante products as meal replacement and the almond vanilla shake was ok- quite marzipan y. The veg stir fry mixed with the laksa soup mix would have been OK if I'd added a LOT more garlic, chili and ginger. This morning's cherry berry shake was properly nasty- like thick old skool cough mixture. Live and learn.
Any hot tips, companions, advice are welcome.
Wish me luck.

Trend on cheap version of fitbit shows slow upward creep. Fuck.

I gave in to crossaints.fail.

I hate this.

meh. porridge, seeds and inulin; peanut butter sandwich, apples; and veg soup. Also 20g of green and blacks and a dessertspoon of pb. Which will not happen again as I invested in a monster tub of meridian and, while nice in sandwiches and toast etc, is NOT suitable for eating off a spoon, being gloopy. One temptation removed.

porridge, seeds, inulin; peanut butter sw, apples; two nairn choc chip biscuits; carrot soup, 20g GB choc. Also 5000 cups of sachet cappucino from the poundshop which is keeping me going through the school day but probably turning my insides into leather.

Bloaty weekend, after a few days of sensible eating showing results.

Comfort eating as I have a chesty cold thing. Comfort eating is shit and makes me uncomfortable. I am greedy.

Peanut butter toast and 200 cups of tea. And Lemsip. Diet regime of champions.

Been up and down between here and 96.4kg. I expect the calories in the Lemsip are doing the majority of the harm rather than all the chocolate that I am currently eating.

Have been around here but up to 97kg yesterday which, quite literally, scared the shit out of me, thank gods. Still poorly, so fairly immobile and drinking 50 pints of tea a day and eating comfort toast.

Oh dear. Back from a months holiday. Put 9 pounds on....

proving that if I muck about, eat random slices of toast, mince pie and icecream, and sundry small but constant infusions of sugar, I will pretty much maintain an unsatisfactory weight. If I were a glass-half-full person, I could reframe that as it would only take minor tweaks to resume a steady weightloss. But I am not.

I just wanted to say that the Direct, Newcastle, study first year results released this week were pretty amazing. Keep going, you can do it and change your life.

I have eaten bugger all due to exhaustion but obviously waiting for something...
I heard the headline too - reversing diabetes seemed like a fantasy a few years ago, now look at us all! I must book my next hba1c before the christmas chocolate eating contest.

Hurray for the most unpleasant sick bug in a long time. Not a sustainable weight loss programme but hey.

Back on top eating form, alas. No impact yet, and maybe the jumpstart will encourage me to keep my head out of the Quality Street odd how the nestlé boycott takes at hit at chocmas.

Definitely not what I wanted to see. Looks like the last few days in the toilet, one way or another, have led to a disinformation to go in there at all...

Or a disinclination, even.

Probably a settle: dehydration followed by the constipation becomes equalisation! Eating not too badly recently so maybe it can be kept in check before the inevitable excess of xmass..
