Who for? Adults/children/ages/genders?

ajandjjmum · 26/05/2008 14:28

Saw Wicked in New York and it was fab. But I'd love to see Africa Africa (Afrika?) at the O2 arena!

I loved The Sound of Music (but I think Connie has left now, she was great). The Phantom of the Opera is brilliant also if you haven't seen it.

tiredemma · 26/05/2008 14:32

Dirty Dancing.

OOOH you lucky thing!!! Agree Wicked is wonderful but it depends what you are after. I still love Les Mis but it will break your heart. If you want a feel good Hairspray is great.

I was going to suggest Miss Saigon...but apparnetly the show is closed now in teh UK ;( Twas a beautyful Musical

3andnomore · 26/05/2008 15:03

how about Lion King, that is still running, I believe, and my mother and es both are completley taken with it!

Gobbledigook · 26/05/2008 15:04

this does not even do it justice

Go now before Kerry Ellis goes - she is brilliant but off to play Elphaba on Broadway in July.

SpookyMadMummy · 26/05/2008 15:11

Another vote for Wicked here! I saw it before the MN meet-up in November 2006 and I would go again like a shot!

Saymyname · 26/05/2008 15:17

Billy Elliott, I saw it earlier this year and it is fantastic.

I love musicals, but will you believe it, the only one I have ever seen is Miss Saigon...there are so many I want to see one day...
