it was amaaaaaaaaaaaazing.
Amanda Roocroft was Jenufa and she was just so perfect.
I attempted to impress my neighbour by telling him I thought I had rarely heard her sound so good.
luckily he didnt ask me what else I had seen her in otherwise my bullshitting could have been exposed
the set was incredible.
I wore a black skirt with sequins a plain but rather elegant black top with a sequiny shrug.
I used all my tissues and my companions too...

I can really see how you could get hooked on the opera. I have just been on the website to see what I can see next and how I could possibly afford it .

ah no I have never really got the hang of Wagner.
