Will be brief, daughter due to be sent down. Any one have a clue what to pack? Do we pack a bag? I've looked on line and it's a bit vague . Any help greatly appreciated.

Total head fucking wtf moment. She's just turned up with a dog ( four legged variety) and , wait for it , a boyfriend!
I've got a boyfriend now not a girlfriend. My partner is like 😳 I'm like 🙄 the dog is cute though. She's collected more stuff told her to get the rest this week as I want to decorate. Straight to the point.

A social worker and probation visited him today and said he should not be there. Other prisoners have helped him to shower, shave and one have him a haircut. This has been passed on by the social worker. They are recommending his release on Tuesday when we go back to court.
However until the person who has taken out the restraining order changes her number we will be back at square 1 he hasn't got the emotional intelligence to move on from her. My son knows her number off by heart. She blocks his number then reads the messages at a later date (they go to spam) and then she informs the police he has contacted her. I really don't think he understands the severity of this issue. Perhaps the 2 weeks in custody/on remand will change that.
Let's hope next week brings about good news.
I know my son Has broken the law and do not condone his actions but things are not black and white.

Went to visit him for the first time today. Lots of tears for me. I found the whole thing overwhelming.
He is being well looked after and is watched every hour. The other men on his wing are looking after him too.
Feel a bit more at ease now. It was very hard though.
He looks clean and his teeth were lovely as he isn't drinking sugary drinks!!
Fingers crossed for Tuesday. Xxx

He has been released. Hope this has been a total shock for him as it has been for us as a family!
Let's hope he can stay away from this person and realise she is toxic and wants him to be locked up.
He should work with probation and keep to original restraining order.
