What to take to prison

Will be brief, daughter due to be sent down. Any one have a clue what to pack? Do we pack a bag? I've looked on line and it's a bit vague . Any help greatly appreciated.

She has 6 weeks to pass every weekly drugs test.
15 days off anger management courses etc.
£5 a week fine.
No compensation to me or the car hire company.
Back to court for review of sentence on the 22nd November

Fingers crossed that she complies. Did you have to pay the car hire company?

No her gf forfeit the £200 deposit!

Oh drinks you must be so relieved. I really hope she sticks to it. How is she? Is she sorry, upset, defiant?

I’ve not seen her cat. I’ve got Home form Work to an empty house. Tried ringing her but nothing .

Her support worker has just been round. Daughter got a bit tearful. Feels pressured to please everyone and the drugs are a release from boredom. She hopefully has a job interview tomorrow which she really wants. She says if she’s working there is less chance of taking drugs as she will have routine.

I really hope she gets the job and can remain off the drugs!! Drinks you deserve a medal who would be a mum eh? 💐 xx

How was the weekend? How did DD get on in her interview?

Hiya cat , not seen her much. She’s waiting for another call back regarding the job.
She’s had bad news regarding a friend that she came home to tell me about, then disappeared again.
I’m not sure when probation or drug centre is , I’m gathering it’s the letters that have arrived for her.

Well, this will probably out me , but fuck it.
Went to work last night and a colleague picked up a copy of the local newspaper. There on the front page was my daughter. With a headline. I was shocked. Went up to where I work, read the article and lost it. I walked out of hand over saying I was going home. Phoned my husband to pick me up. He couldn’t understand it at first until I said it’s got my fucking name in the paper! ‘Drinks assaulted by daughter’, then he was like oh.
She came home last night and we had a good chat about it. She told me she loves me , been probation , drug tested and about her friend dying , which sounds horrendous.
Phoned my boss this morning and she was so nice. Pick up a shift when needed , we will see you at the weekend.
This was just a blip, think I was just shocked and not expecting it. I’m ok today and feel a bit foolish to be honest. So going to send the day blitzing the house.

I've also more recently been in the national press.

It will pass, people forget, can you remember any headlines from your local paper? No? Neither can most people.

Once DD's conviction becomes spent she can apply to Google to have the links removed - 'The Right to Remain Anonymous'

Not much to say, she comes home , shows her face and leaves again.
My mum visited last weekend. Made it all about her. How embarrassing it was for my poor mother her granddaughter in the paper blah blah bollocks.
