Anyone gonna be watching? My daughter's not here so I'll be like a sap watchimg ot on my own 🤣

I'm waiting for it with DH and DP although I expect to fall asleep early into it (bad night last night). Will then watch it tomorrow morning with 4yo instead.

Waiting patiently to open a tin if chocs.

We're watching, just the adults, kids are little so they're in bed. We're both nearly asleep already not sure we'll last much past the start.

Will I be kicked off Craicnet if I say that I've never liked the toy show? I used to get bored watching it as a child. When my DC were little they wanted to watch it because their friends were talking about it at school, but they never lasted more than 15-20 minutes before they also got bored and wandered off.

Watching with 12yo and 9yo. Always forget how long we have to wait before it starts - 9.35pm!! Ugh! They're usually in bed by now!

Haven't watched the Late Late with Kielty yet so not sure what to expect. The kids LOVED Ryan so they're disappointed before it's even started... no pressure on Patrick!!

I'm recording it and will put it on half way through, hate the ads 🤪 I absolutely adored Ryan doing it so I'm really going to miss him. I haven't watched Patrick on the LLS so not sure if he'll be any good.

Ryan was such a knob! Be interesting to see PK. I can imagine him being a bit stilted or something? Cos he's always been geared towards adults.

I think PK will be great! He’s got 2 wee boys himself. I’d forgotten it was on…going to tune in!

I hope he does well, i like him a lot.

I haven't watched the LLS since he took over so will be interested to see him in action tonight.

My cynical 11 year old says he’ll ‘watch the beginning and decide if it’s any good’. Like someone else said, no pressure Patrick.

I haven't watched the late late with him (does anyone watch it any more?! I mean I assume they must but I don't know anyone who does) but I like him and I think he'll do well.

Are your kids v young? We always let madam stay up from very young. And she feĺl asleep right after it started!

Yes they're much too small to stay up. Maybe next year.

Nah - I don't think he's really engaging with the kids and letting the kids shine the way Ryan did. But still enjoying it nonetheless!
