Is it possible to make 50-100 a month doing surveys or posting leaflets?

Following with interest
I used to make £30-£40 a month 5-6 years ago but the sites I used to use don’t seem any good anymore

purpledagger · 15/04/2026 21:36

doubtful.

YouGov -takes me nearly a year to get a £50 reward.

Onepoll - £25 voucher was a few months (not sure if
even exists anymore).s

Shoppix -i scan my receipts and again, it’s about 6-8 months for a £25 voucher.

XenoBitch · 15/04/2026 21:43

I don't think so. I used to do them years ago, and got filtered out of lots anyway.
I did get to test some products though.

WorriedMillie · 15/04/2026 21:44

I could from Prolific, I reckon. I just don’t use it regularly enough

Goldenmimx · 15/04/2026 21:54

I think the most I made in a month across Qmee, AttaPoll and opinion was £60 but that was sticking to it religiously when I was on maternity leave and baby was sleeping. Very hard to maintain

TurboGirl2 · 16/04/2026 12:37

On prolific i make about £200 a month but is hard to get on to it. Other sites i make about 30-40 a month.

I’ve also been on the waiting list for ages. Not sure what the secret is to getting accepted.

susiedaisy1912 · 16/04/2026 20:28

I’ve been on the wait list for Prolific for months. Don’t think I’m the right demographic for them hence not be contacted

Fraughtmum · 16/04/2026 21:06

I do a couple of researches a month and get paid about £50-120 for each one.

snowymarbles · 16/04/2026 21:13

Prolific I used to get 30-40 not doing much but not done for couple years as it just turned into AI stuff that took an hour per survey.

That's amazing. What company do you do them with?

I don't bother with the ones that pay a couple of quid. Martin Lewis lists a few on his website and I googled research companies in my area.
Never leave the house to do them...all on zoom. I do a lot of pensions/ investment ones.

TurboGirl2 · 17/04/2026 11:56

I've been on prolific for years so think i was lucky i got on when i did.

BillieWiper · 17/04/2026 11:59

I started doing surveys and got about a fiver over the course of an hour. But then gave up as it was so boring. So you must be able to make that a month if you send a couple hours a day on it?

That's great thanks, I'll check them out.

Blossoms217 · 17/04/2026 22:05

Prolific, can easily make this a month :) I don't bother with the others!

snowymarbles · 18/04/2026 06:14

Thanks to the OP - this prompted me to log into Prolific for first time in ages. Not only had I got £15 in there to cash out the surveys appear to be back to the old variety - not all ai reviews and I just did £6 last night!

wildblue07 · 18/04/2026 06:15

I have made about £200 this month on prolific. I was on the waiting list a while before I was accepted though.

Baital · 18/04/2026 06:21

I was lucky and got onto prolific just before the word spread so much. I could make £100+ a month if I was willing to put the time in, as it is i get about £30-40 at the moment which is very useful. But I am trying to do some every day as things are a bit tight.

lazymum99 · 04/05/2026 18:21

Having just read this thread this morning I signed up to Prolific and have been accepted straight away. I have just done 4 surveys and earned a grand total of £3.50! Got a long way to go. Not sure why others have had trouble signing up to it.

I think it depends on your demographics, and whether they have plenty of people that tick the same boxes.

TipsyLaird · 05/05/2026 16:29

I've been on Prolific for years too and was accepted onto all their AI evaluation training surveys. Regularly earn a lot more than £100 a month but I think getting in as a new participant is difficult.

TipsyLaird · 05/05/2026 16:31

Also remember that this is classed as income and you will have to declare it to HMRC.

7238SM · 05/05/2026 16:36

I used to do I-pos I say, Pureprofile and another. I work full time so only did them in the evenings but only got about £50 every 6mths.

Not a survey site, but I use Topcashback. Any purchase I make online I go via them. Not all sites payout and I wouldn't say I do alot of online purchasing, but make more money on there than I ever did from surveys.
