Has anyone received this for winter 2025 ? We are with a Octopus and nothing paid yet

I’m with Scottish power and got a letter from the government to say I’ll receive it last week. Was quite confused as although I work I get universal credit, wondered if it’s come through from my sister who I care for who lives with us as she has a disability although just seen previous comments so maybe it doesn’t matter that I work

Same with my 19 year old. He got £150.

From the letter I got about it says they have til March to credit to accounts. This will be the first time I've got this so no idea how it actually works.

Is it a max of one per household does anyone know?

Im on payg with E energy..I had the letter saying by the end of January 26, but nothing yet.

Just got ours with Octopus

I'm with utilita and my letter says end January too.

Just realised I got mine last month (only just logged into account). I got mine mid November from British Gas.

I'm with octopus and got ours credited on 4th Nov.
The letter did say between October and March though so I presume they are spreading it out for groups of customers between then.

I got mine yesterday. So pleased as really needed it. We are PAYG and I checked my electric meter and it was in credit by £150.
