Has anyone received this for winter 2025 ? We are with a Octopus and nothing paid yet

Last year Octopus paid ours in early December

I am with British Gas, and nothing yet.
I saw this mentioned on the benefits subReddits. Seems British Gas pay out in March

We got the letter saying we will get it, but as we're on a pay as you go meter they will contact us to tell us how they will pay it to us

I am with octopus they just emailed me a couple of days ago to say it had been added to my account.

Yes I’m with OVO. Never had it before, didn’t know I was entitled, nothing changed so still not sure why I got it - but I’m not complaining 🤣

@itsgettingweird criteria changed for eligibility this year to cover all on UC.

Yes got letter Monday saying I will get it then went in my account Thursday. I’m with octopus

Did you have to be on UC by a certain date? I was only awarded it late September.

I am with octupus and got mine last Thursday

I got a letter last week saying it will be paid by the end of January.

Our 19 year old got the discount applied to our bill. He isn't name on the bill.

I got a letter this week. No payment yet I think its upto August it will be applied (I think).

Same situation as us. We received it on our Octopus account and queried it as don’t think we should get it. Then son got a letter to say he is entitled to it and Octopus also said we are entitled.

Has anyone with Scottish Power had one?
