Is anyone here on non smart pre pay meters? My DD is entitled but not sure when we'll get the vouchers and whether they'll be attached to an email or posted out. I have emailed Octopus but they are being very vague and none committal.

This isn't anything to do with utilities it's the cost of living payment

I got my Warm Home Discount last week.
It was credited to my account.

I’m with Octupus and don’t have a smart meter. I received a letter to say I’m eligible to the Warm Home Discount of £150 which will come before March 2024. It said if you’re on pre payment meters it will be in the form of a voucher which you will take to the post office along with your gas/electric key and a form of ID or card and the post office will put the amount on whichever you choose it to go on
