£100ish on 3 bras and a sports bra...(cries!) Got measured as a 28E except the lady said she didn't think they even sold that size hardly so had me try on a 30E and said that fitted fine. So bought 30Es. So that means I've gone up a cup size since I got pregnant - I could tell like, been falling out of my current ones hence the urgent trip to get fitted.
£10ish on tea & cake in the café with DH.
£2 on a Quorn cottage pie ready-meal thing for your dinner as we went to DM's and she said she had nothing veggie in for us to go with the taties and veg.
£18ish on 2 more bras & p&p but this time in a 28F as I found some on Boux Avenue. I've been fitted regularly since I was about 17 and always been told my back size is 30, so my mind is blown that I was actually just told that to increase the likelihood of me buying bras as I'm actually a bit heavier now than when I was 17/18 so I definitely can't have decreased my back size.
£3 on a Xmas jumper, I've wanted one for years. Will put it away for next year.

Spendy spendy Shock.

Nocuts Congratulations!

Em Hope you have a good sleep!

Laska and Wreck, I love the cats! Just been to my parents' and they have two lovely DSH's, one black and white and one black.

Mammy Mmm, I love tacos. Just Mexican food in general. I had a burrito for lunch yesterday and it was so good.

MeadowHay · 14/01/2018 21:42

Got measured as a 28F that should say.

northender · 14/01/2018 21:45

I'm not a coffee drinker but saw a thread on here last week slating aldi's ground coffeeGrin

ChristmasSeacow · 14/01/2018 21:54

Congrats NoCuts!

Love the kitchen pics. Lonely I think you’ve got an uphill battle having shelves rather than cupboards above the work surface - I am sure many of us hide our mess in our cupboards! Not sharing my kitchen as too ‘outing’. But here’s a pic of DD enjoying her feet instead Wink. I doubt anyone would recognise her.

Lunch in the pub was about £58 for our share. I wasn’t mad about my main but the pud (brownie) was amazing. DD was extremely charming but didn’t sleep from 7am till 4pm with all the excitement so was a right mess and took even longer to go down tonight. And she’s already woken up again after just an hour Hmm

It was the instant wasn't it? I'm drinking Taylor's Colombian now but nothing's as good as the original espresso beans. They discontinued them. Which is traditionally what they do to products you like.

Meadow I hear pregnancy can increase rib cage size. You might be a 30" afterwards.

Wolf He needs to put his thinking cap on, if you spend money & he has a good time it's money well spent. If he doesn't enjoy it its money wasted.

Girliefriendlikesflowers · 14/01/2018 22:04

Super cute seacow 😍

em the show is hairspray, one of dd current favourites. Your ds will be fine, we (dd and i) both slept 100% better once in our own rooms.

Bornlazy · 14/01/2018 22:20

Seacow she is so cute, and looks totally engrossed. Babies are so entertaining (especially if you don't have to deal with them when they wake through the night) makes me feel quite broody.

Cagliostro · 14/01/2018 22:34

Oooh nocuts I am intrigued about your rings! Anime fans here, mostly films rather than series as I have very little concentration Blush but always after recommendations

Oh seacow she is luffly 😍😍😍

ChristmasSeacow · 15/01/2018 02:31

Born she’s awake and miserable right now, if that resolves your broodiness? Wink

Ikwym though, I think 6-12m is my favourite age. They are so fascinating at this stage, and learning and changing so fast.

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/01/2018 06:49

Ah cute picture sea.
Em he will be fine, so will you.

Nsd planned today. Got to source emergency child care. Fingers crossed for after school club. Childminder unwell

mammymammyIRL · 15/01/2018 06:56

Seacow she's fabulous, my kitchen is probably very outing but I think mn isn't very popular among my peers Hmm

frazzled3ds · 15/01/2018 07:16

Morning all. I have a quick question if I may - when counting a day as a NSD, does that mean no spending entirely, or no spending over and above any automatic direct debits and standing orders? I have a steady trickle of the latter throughout the month..... Confused

WreckTangled · 15/01/2018 07:19

Aww seacow!

I have to phone the dentist today hopefully will get an appointment but I'm quite busy so not sure when I'll fit it in. Ds has swimming later so that's £25. His swimming teacher said that dd can go in the pool too and she will keep an eye on her so that's nice (she gets swimming free as 1)she's under 8 and 2) has lessons anyway.

The weather is beyond shit.

SnugglySnerd · 15/01/2018 08:06

Frazzled I don't count direct debits on an NSD. Virtually all ours go out on the 1st anyway so none to worry about on other days.

She's adorable Christmas.

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/01/2018 08:18

YY frazzled, above planned spends or direct debits. Mine are all over the place too so I would never get a nsd if I counted them

frazzled3ds · 15/01/2018 08:26

Thanks both :)

northender · 15/01/2018 08:32

Morning.
Yes fluffy it probably was the instant.
Lovely picture Seacow
Meta fit class done already. Hair appointment at 1030, dmum coming for lunch. Ds is still off school, I imagine he will be off all this week, but hoping he may be able to go back next week, we'll see.
Spending today, hairdressers, farm shop and that should be it.

ememem84 · 15/01/2018 08:46

Bloody baby monitor ran out of battery at 3am so beeped. And beeped. And beeped. So I turned it off.

Ds woke up at 6. Woop.

We’re going to baby group this morning so will probably spend £2 on a coffee then this afternoon am going to take him to get weighed.

It’s raining and blowing a hooley outside. Yuk.

Girliefriendlikesflowers · 15/01/2018 09:02

Weather is abysmal here as well!! Its so dark with it as well, felt a bit mean sending dd out in it to walk to school but she was running late and it would actually take longer to drive her there. She took my nans old brolly which hopefully isn't too much like social suicide!!

There was another incident of her friends being mean yesterday, they rang her and then spoke in stupid high pitch voices, they did it a couple of times and then I answered the phone Hmm Angry They didn't do it again after that Wink stupid girls.

In a way through I think this might actually make dd realise that these girls really aren't very nice and that she needs to move away from this group which although scary in the long run will be a good thing... hopefully.

Anyhow plan today is possible a short run (if it stops raining!) Aldi for a few bits (got a list) and general tidying. Tomorrow am going to use my spa voucher (birthday gift) can't flipping wait!!

WreckTangled · 15/01/2018 09:13

Poor dd girlie.

Dentist appt at 2:15.

SnugglySnerd · 15/01/2018 09:18

Girls can be so nasty, Girlie. If it helps my experience at school is that this sort of behaviour is worst in year 7 while they work out their social groups and also have the novelty of phones and a bit of freedom for the first time. As they get older it does improve.

mammymammyIRL · 15/01/2018 11:40

em that's fantastic about your ds sleeping through
girlie your poor dd, stupid childish behaviour by those girls too

Wolfcub · 15/01/2018 13:40

Christmas leftover veg soup for lunch. Frugal and yummy. At work which is crappy but so far not quite as bad as I feared after Friday. Ocado shop came last night and dh remembered to give them the bags back so a small refund there. Ds is having leftovers for tea. We are using up some of the European feta mountain that’s lurking in the fridge - baked feta and crusty bread. No spend day so far, hopefully it’ll stay that way. Just booked alarm service for tomorrow that’s £94 but unusually, thanks to you lot, it’s budgeted for!

WreckTangled · 15/01/2018 14:25

£20.60 dentist

PeoniesforMissAnnersley · 15/01/2018 14:52

£4.64 on black coffee and fruit, so I could sit in pret marking and escape the rain.
Apart from this will be LSD as working until 11.30pm.
DH is applying for a promotion which would mean I could go part time or at least not take on extra responsibility which would be so nice while TTC.
