Yes felt very wobbly all morning, couldn't stay awake and was super cold but that may be I'm getting a virus or something

Mmmm jelly babies!

Currently waiting to see specialist, all doctors running super late

Cagliostro · 18/09/2017 16:28

Spends £7.50 taxi - just couldn't face buses feeling like this Blush probably have the same back depending how long we are here.
£15 DVD delivered to DSD at uni. I'll get my copy later, it's an anime that we went to London to watch together and we've been waiting for it to come out on DVD since. As soon as I spotted it I told her I was sending her one. I like that we have this obsession hobby in common :)

100yearsdotcom · 18/09/2017 16:29

fluffy love your cat! Ours stole my special blanket with sleeves but I am eyeing it up for repossession!

ChristmasSeacow · 18/09/2017 16:30

You are a darling Life. Can you pm me your PayPal or other details for payment?

Home now but DD was a bit cross...

CollieBobs · 18/09/2017 16:56

wreck he's very almost 4 so no school until September 2018. Phew! Hopefully he'll have grommets & everything else by then.

Seacow that's a long school run!

Fluffy cute little mog. Ours claims anything that's soft including scarves. She's a pest! Ha!

Cag I'm worrying about you. Make sure you take it easy. Pop something sweet in your handbag just in case you feel wobbly again. I currently look like Kiki. You might appreciate that haha! Small red bow too. X

DS had a scary asthma attack but he's well again.

The mattress we wanted has gone up to £750!! Are we in prime mattress buying season or something? Definitely can't justify that at all!

Cagliostro · 18/09/2017 17:12

Oooh I totally have to suggest DD's next Jojo bow (she is obsessed and spends all her pocket money on them) is red so she can look like Kiki 😍😍😍

Still wobbly but should be seen soon. Blood pressure is fine so that's good. I am trying my best to rest promise xx

We've been here an hour but Caglets are really doing me proud behaving beautifully when it's really noisy and crowded in here. ❤️⭐️

Cagliostro · 18/09/2017 17:16

Gosh sorry about the asthma attack poor thing :(

My cat used to like my hairbands. He would scoop them up and bat them about!

LonelyOversharer · 18/09/2017 17:23

collie asthma is horrid. The first we knew of dd2's was a huge attack that had us blue lighted from the gp, we were in 4 days! Controlled since, but I feel sick just remembering it. She has a "new school" cold just now, and I could hear her breathing when she got in after school - she'd already had her inhaler Star

cag Flowers for you, your dc are brilliant. Hope your appt has gone well.

Went to aldi £29 for a whole trolley! All food bar some dust sheets. The tag ends of the baby event are all heavily reduced in ours. Yummy lamby mince cooking now, to stuff the 2kg marrow for tea. And it's raining again here. Just for a change.

WreckTangled · 18/09/2017 17:24

I apologise for this dh rant again:

He's just left some of the pasta I made but is sitting there eating two slices of bread leaving maybe 2 slices and hardly any butter. We have no money until he gets paid Wednesday. Probably won't be until Wednesday evening. He's so selfish sometimes.

Fluffycloudland77 · 18/09/2017 17:27

Collie Poor boy, it's so frightening as an adult never mind for children. www.dreams.co.uk/mattressfactory?dir=desc&order=price This is there clearence section, anything suitable?.

We should all assert ourselves with these cats or just carry on so they don't leave home

NSD. I cannot get a survey on erewards, I'm getting screened out of every one Angry

ememem84 · 18/09/2017 17:44

Catface fed. A suitable amount of tv watched. I'm feeling very snotty (hooray!)

Chicken in the oven. And spicy baked rice is ready to be baked.

Dh will be home at 7. So dinner should be ready by then.

Catface likes my hairbands and also my bulldog style claw clips. I've lost 3 clips under the bed now and can't get down their to fetch them out.

WreckTangled · 18/09/2017 17:46

Oh yes em hair bands are a favourite here too. And cherry tomatoes!

CollieBobs · 18/09/2017 17:48

Asthma is terrifying isn't it! :(

wreck that's frustrating. Can you borrow any money from the DCs account to tide you over? Sounds like your DH is on another planet

Fluffy I'll have a lookie. We need a medium firm one thanks to bad hips and back problems. Would love to wake up without back pain.
The one we liked we had actually tested in store. Because some of the medium firms were more like mega firm.

Had another rejection from a job I actually thought I was perfect for. Confused oh well.

Fluffy those nectar surveys used to screen me out of every one. Annoying isn't it.

Caglets StarStar

Sorry I have posted so much today. Hope I haven't pissed off anyone X

ChristmasSeacow · 18/09/2017 17:48

Collie it's about 20-25 min walk each way, plus a bit of time parking /fetching scooter and queuing. I could drive but I am trying to make sure we walk more and that i send the right messages to DS. Also it wouldn't save me much time at all as traffic and parking v us trivky and I'd be loading DD in and out of the car. Easy to do over my 10,000 steps on a school day though!

Cag I am really impressed that your dc can cope with waiting nicely in crowded noisy places. Mine definitely can't (he's younger but even so). Hope appointment goes well.

SunnyLikeThursday · 18/09/2017 17:52

I've been scuttling round arranging backup for dh's trip. I have four people as backup now. A mum across the road, db an hour's drive away, ds's godmother who is 5 minutes away by car, and dparents who are going to email every night to make sure we got home. Yay! Now we just have to try not catch anything. We also have to try to keep him in one piece until he leaves. Fingers crossed.

CollieBobs · 18/09/2017 17:57

seacow that's really good. Apparently walking to school is really good for bonding with the children. As you tend to chat all the way home. Our nearest school is a 10 min walk. Really hoping DS gets in. Ofsted have rated it poorer than the others so it's always undersubscribed but it's ideal for us regardless

lifelongfrugaleer · 18/09/2017 17:58

Post away Collie, not sick of you.
Aw wreck rant away. What a thoughtless thing.
Sea let me know when it arrives. It's a gift to you and dd. Pay it forward when you can. X
Hope you feel better soon cag. YY to having jelly babies on you. It's sounds a little low if you are shaking.
£3 today on bread and raspberry. Dd is bereft it's the end of the peas and raspberries season.

SunnyLikeThursday · 18/09/2017 18:00

Collie If it's rated poor it's probably really good school. Schools only get rated highly if they are hot-housing kids and insisting that they come to school ill in order to keep their attendance stats high. If you have a low rated one that's walking distance away, I'd grab it with both hands.

thewaitresses · 18/09/2017 18:35

Ah life that's made my day! 😊

ememem84 · 18/09/2017 18:54

Uh oh. Hormone alert. I think.

I'm smelling the chicken and rice and am sat on the couch. Watching tv waiting for dh to come home. I feel sad. Super sad. And want to cry. Please tell me this is normal.

LonelyOversharer · 18/09/2017 19:15

em very normal! Cry if you need to. Being a sobbing mess is about right! I cried at stoooopid things both before and after having a baby. I think you've less than a week to go (so exciting!)

I wouldn't worry too much about ofsted collie if you've visited and the feel of the school is good, then I'd go for it. And chat to the reception teacher(s) if you can. I agree about the hot housing too. Our primary is satisfactory now I think, and it is a fab no pressure school, my dc are flying there. The ones at the nearest 'outstanding' school are all pushed and tutored to get into the posh grammar school, it's a bit grim.

CollieBobs · 18/09/2017 19:16

sunny that's good to hear. I'm excited for DS. Hope he gets a place.

Em totally normal. I cried at random times for about 3 years post birth too.

ememem84 · 18/09/2017 19:21

38+ 4 lonely I'm swaying between can't do this and get baby out! Haha!

Don't think it's helped I haven't left the house today. Dh took the car so he could run errands and go to his appointments. I've rested. And chilled. And have actually had quite a nice relaxing day. And have been a bit snotty sneezy.

It's always when I stop. Always. Always when I stop. 😀

I did almost have a cry this afternoon. I washed a bunch of baby clothes. So small. So cute.

SnugglySnerd · 18/09/2017 19:25

Christmas it's a spongey thing that you just wet under the tap and then it cleans anything! It's amazing! I use them mainly for removing cat food splatters off the kitchen wall and sticky toddler finger prints off the rest of the walls!

Hope the Cag and Collie's ds are OK.

NSD yay! First one for a while.

Girliefriendlikesflowers · 18/09/2017 19:33

Hello all, oh no sorry to hear your ds is poorly Collie and that sucks about the job, you are def allowed to have a feeling shit day Flowers Chocolate Gin

Totally normal Em its gets so much worse once the baby is here and tbh I still cry at the most ridiculous things you will be fine.

Life thats so sweet of you.

Girl cat has a thing about hair bands, she takes them out the basket in the bathroom and likes chewing on them Confused cats are so weird. That said I found myself opening the back door for boy cat earlier even though he now has a flipping cat flap to go through, I am such a slave to these felines!!

Cag hope you are feeling a bit better, I wonder if cutting out the carbs has dropped your sugars a bit too low? Your kids are such a credit to you.

Have had a nice day, work was busy but not too busy for a change. Spent £15 on the deposit for the works Christmas Do, there was the usual Christmas Do politics as some of my team want to do their own thing honestly its like being at school sometimes!!

Day off tomos Smile
