Post covid symptoms after mild case

I had covid a month ago. It wasn't too bad, apart from a slightly tight chest for one day, slightly achey hip bones and extreme tiredness for about a week.

One month on and my chest feels inflamed, like I've been in a fire breathing in lots of smoke. I've also got a persistent low level pain in my left hip. It's like, the covid caused a low level, fleeting symptom at the time and now the lingering damage is worse that the original symptom!

Anyone relate?

Hi, was just searching to see if anyone else felt similar. How are you feeling now?
I had covid 2.5 weeks ago. Felt rough for 4 days then improved but remained tired etc. yesterday and today though, I have been feeling breathless in and off, as if I can't take a deep breath in through my nose. Really tired too. It's grim and if I'm honest, has alarmed me (breathlessness that is).
😩

I’m on week 11 of post Covid symptoms. No breathlessness but totally exhausted with really bad brain fog. Can hardly stand up

That's horrible. I do hope you start to feel brighter soon.

Ps I had long Covid but in the acute phase it was definitely a thing which came and went. This was 2020/21.
