Anyone else? I tested positive for Covid almost 8 weeks ago. Had a mild illness and went back to work after my 10 day isolation. Felt ok, a bit tired, for a week or so and then boom - dizziness, vertigo and headaches hit me like a tonne of bricks. I've been off work ever since - that was 4 weeks ago, I still have 2 weeks left on my sick note and if things don't improve I don't know how I'll go back to work - I can't even drive without going very dizzy and feeling like I could vomit. Has anyone else had this symptom? Please tell me there's a light at the end of the tunnel!

Mine ended up being BPPV, caused by Covid. Diagnosed by a physio. He did the eply manoeuvre on me then it just went after a few days but I literally suffered months. It’s horrible, it can just go away on some people but mine didn’t after 3 months, It came more in certain head positions or moving fast/walking. Deffo look into it if you haven’t already. I didn’t take any medication as it doesn’t help the recovery in BPPV.

I have been taking some spice tablets on Amazon (turmeric, ginger and black pepper). They’ve really improved the vertigo.
