When should I worry

Child age 2 positive day 2 high temp eating less drinking he had a temp of 39 only two hours after calpol I woke him up and gave him nurophen it's slowly bringing it down.

Why has the calpol not brang it down ?

Anyone else had a poorly 2 year old or young one who has been poorly on day 2

@stressedaboutcovid sorry to hear about your uncle and yes i agree it's a worrying time when your child is poorly especially when they are so young and can't explain how they are suffering. I hope you are ok too!
