The average human isn’t too bright and 50% are less so. This is why these ridiculous opinions spread and become ‘gospel’. If Gates has produces a chip so small that it can pass through a syringe needle it has far more useful applications than tracking the population- who are being tracked on their bloody phones anyway and nothing bad has happened from phones being tracked either, unless you are a criminal.

This is what the Mr says, why bother with an expensive chip you provide when it's easier to convince the whole world to pay themselves to carry a mobile tracking device about their person but call it a mobile phone!
