Did you decide to test because you had been in contact with a positive case? DS's friend did this and had a faint line. He is now quite poorly with the virus and caused his whole household to have to isolate. If you think you are at risk book a pcr straight away.

Should have said, PCR is booked. Sent it to my family (mum, sisters) and they can't see it, thought I was going mad!

Mine looked like that. PCR was negative, which is weird too, but meant I was liberated.

Can you shine your phone torch through the back of the test and see if it shows up clearer that way?

Yep I can see it! I’ve had a few like this , although maybe a little fainter but negative PCR 🤔 x x

A friend said her middle school had had a number of false positives so definitely get a pcr
