It is scary and I get where you are coming from but this is a discussion forum where everyone is entitled to differing opinions and it is a place to voice those opinions.

Frankly, people should be listening to others opinions that are different from their own in order to form educated decisions etc.

… and truthfully nobody would notice either way. I couldn’t tell you more than a couple of user names or why I had them stuck in my head.

It would appear that some people are rubbing their hands together with glee about the idea of causing distress and anxiety to others when the restrictions are lifted.

WTAF? Anyone who gets pleasure from causing distress to others needs to give their head a shake. I’m continually baffled why we can’t all just try to be kind and respectful to one another.

I stay on mumsnet out of boredom really and I do often find it amusing but I agree most of the people on the covid board come across as a sandwich short of a picnic. I don't know anyone in RL (and I'm in a very "naice" middle class area) who seems quite so virulent with their views on covid.
I think the covid board attracts people with bad health anxiety.

I agree too.

I'm done with the phrase 'I'm done' to be fair. What the ever loving frick does it mean? What changes after someone says 'I'm done'? And to think I thought "unprecedented" was going to be the most irritating buzzword of the pandemic.

It's not Manchester Piccadilly love, there's no departures board.
