I feel exactly the same @Tinks177. I'm 36, pregnant and work in a FE college with 7000 students. Everyone I know has been vaccinated now

springhasalmostsprung · 15/05/2021 18:20

You guys definitely deserve yours before me, I'm really hoping the national system opens to 35+ soon! Although the surgery 5 minutes up the road would be sooooo much better than the hours round trip to a hub

Tiberius12 · 15/05/2021 21:06

I'm 36 and got lucky today, a local vaccination centre had 300 spare pfizers and said anyone could walk in for one. Had to wait in the queue for a while but so pleased I've had it done.

Newname9 · 15/05/2021 21:18

I got lucky yesterday - 37 and spare Pfizer's .
Feel ok - bit achy arm and legs

springhasalmostsprung · 15/05/2021 21:24

@Tiberius12 how did you hear about the spare vaccines?

Tiberius12 · 15/05/2021 21:33

Just word of mouth, my friend heard from someone else and told me. When we were stood in the queue people were texting their friends to tell them about it. I just got really lucky.

springhasalmostsprung · 15/05/2021 21:46

Ah I see. Not sure I know anyone useful like that to be able to notify me!

nordica · 15/05/2021 22:47

The Telegraph is saying booking will open to the 35+ ages within days. Over 600,000 appointments were booked within 48 hrs when booking opened for 38-39. Smile

Myalternate · 15/05/2021 22:50

My SIL (34) got invite from GP and had her jab yesterday.

Eccle80 · 15/05/2021 23:05

Sunday Times is apparently saying 35+ from Monday, so I would have thought you should start being able to book some time tomorrow

123banana · 15/05/2021 23:20

I didn’t realize bookings hadn’t opened up to over 35s yet - it sounds like I was lucky to get jabbed last week! (I’m 36)

MapleBee · 16/05/2021 05:50

Newspapers reporting that over-35s will get the call next week.

BrokenAmp · 16/05/2021 06:14

I’m booked for this Friday 21st may- Pfizer. I’m in Berkshire and born July 1984

RC000 · 16/05/2021 07:25

@brokenamp via the website?

springhasalmostsprung · 16/05/2021 07:38

Oh wow! Maybe I won't have too much longer to wait! Do you book your second the same time you book your first?

PremierLynn · 16/05/2021 07:42

I'm 32, got a text from my GP on Wednesday and am booked in for this Tuesday. No health conditions

springhasalmostsprung · 16/05/2021 08:14

@PremierLynn out of interest are you registered with the GP who's actually running the vaccine clinic? We seem to miss out if we're with a surgery that isn't the prime vaccine one Sad

PremierLynn · 16/05/2021 08:19

@springhasalmostsprung No, it's booked at a stadium in the next town.
My DH has been booked for weeks (over 40s), at a local vacc hub, and his is now a week after mine!

springhasalmostsprung · 16/05/2021 08:24

Obviously every jab is brilliant news, we just need everyone done.... but the variation between location is crazy!

stitchmaker85 · 16/05/2021 08:31

Just tried via website, not eligible to book (born in 85)

RC000 · 16/05/2021 08:33

Me too @stitchmaker85 and I am 1984

springhasalmostsprung · 16/05/2021 08:34

I tried too, also 1985

LittleRen · 16/05/2021 08:44

The website is queuing has it opened up further?

I am getting mine through gp today but keep checking for you all!!

RC000 · 16/05/2021 09:06

Still no luck despite queue!

MrsWhites · 16/05/2021 09:08

Can’t book mine either, was no 78 in queue but no luck - 1984.
