I had a delivery booked with Tesco’s today, dd is on the extremely vulnerable list so we get priority slots, it was a whole day slot 10-6 as that’s the best I could get, however it hasn’t shown up, I’ve just called Tesco’s who said it was cancelled! When I said that isn’t good what am I suppose to do as we are on the priority list she said she would check and said the shopping shouldn’t be cancelled if we are on the priority list and we should still get it, but she didn’t sound convinced and couldn’t give me a time. I’m running out of nappies for dd so was relying on this slot, has this happened to anyone else and the shopping still been delivered?
