Do you think the lockdown will end mid February

I personally think they will extend it to March and say it needs to remain in place while more people get the vaccine.

We’re looking at Easter earliest.

Depends what you mean by out of lockdown. Depending on case and hospitalisation numbers, I think it’s possible we will come out of this relatively strict lockdown in February, and go back to a tier system with most places in tier 3 or 4. I doubt there will be any more easing than that for quite a while.

@AcornAutumn we will not be in tier 4 in May. And no one will accept tier 4 as being “out of lockdown” it’s basically now with zoos and schools open! If they exit in tiers it will be from tier 3 in March. We will not need nor would we be able to economically survive with tier 4 in May!

I don’t think they’ll ease it until all over 50’s have been done. So May some time.

Till Easter but will possibly let primary and early years go back to school after half term. Or just reception and year one.
