My little bit of Bath was 668/100,00 at half term, but currently 128, though it appears to have suddenly shot up on this:

digital.nhs.uk/dashboards/coronavirus-in-your-area

Just as it was a daft idea to send students to Uni in September without testing, it was an even dafter idea to send them all back home when so few of them bothered to/had the opportunity to be tested.

Could that be the reason why the younger teenagers have higher rates of infection.

fibeee · 26/12/2020 18:02

70 cases per 100k last week in my postal district. In NI so no tiers - just a national lockdown for the next 6 weeks from today.

PotofPorridge · 26/12/2020 18:04

260

UncomfortableSilence · 26/12/2020 18:07

Crunchy - Multiple test sites, walk in or drive through, very easy to access across the borough.

RedskyAtnight · 26/12/2020 18:07

Using the interactive map coronavirus.data.gov.uk/details/interactive-map, which I think is the most up to date, it is 941 in my area. Tier 4 unsurprisingly.
Not a list I want to be near the top of.

It is refreshing to see much lower rates in other areas.

daisypond · 26/12/2020 18:08
  1. South London. Tier 4.
Ginfordinner · 26/12/2020 18:09

According to the NHS app there are 260 cases per 10k within a 3 mile radius of my postcode.

cerealkillah · 26/12/2020 18:09

BillyAndTheSillies · 26/12/2020 18:14

One of the high boroughs in London. We've been isolating with DS1 this week but apparently the local high street still heaving, all the parks rammed.

100 (or 110) depending which site you use. Feeling quite lucky right now, though we were level 4 for November/early December too and now back there again. Feeling quite resentful in general as have been sticking rigidly to the rules and evident from social media that others I know locally haven’t, but clearly something must be working.
