OP posts:
SquirmOfEels · 19/12/2020 09:28

Spitting distance of a borough boundary and it's +/- 300 looking at the two

London

SoftSheen · 19/12/2020 09:29

117 in the county, 112 in the city. Doubled in the last 2 weeks.

Currently in Tier 2, but lots of adjacent areas are Tier 3, and I wouldn't be surprised if we were soon.

reprehensibleme · 19/12/2020 09:29

87 - Tier 1

Westnorwood · 19/12/2020 09:30

401 for our local ward, 305 for our borough.
Tier 3 obviously

GrumpySausage · 19/12/2020 09:32

155 last week. At one point (sept) we were highest in the country. Still tier 3.

JacobReesMogadishu · 19/12/2020 09:33

Over 500. In tier 3.

Matilda03 · 19/12/2020 09:34

551

Spidey66 · 19/12/2020 09:35

@MsChatterbox

297.... Highest in England 🙃
No, my borough has 348 and a neighbouring borough has over 500.
PimlicoJo · 19/12/2020 09:36

Just under 400. London.

JacobReesMogadishu · 19/12/2020 09:36

Also our numbers have x4 during lockdown and the last 3 weeks of tier 3. So restrictions aren't working. 🙄. Sadly I think we need either tighter restrictions (schools close) or give up with them altogether.

BunsyGirl · 19/12/2020 09:38

177 but that has doubled in a week.

cathyandclare · 19/12/2020 09:38

Basildon with 775 is the highest in England, closely followed by Medway with 773.

@LittleOwl does a great e-mail service with the daily stats.

TheBumbleNums · 19/12/2020 09:39

Nearly 900

Tierful · 19/12/2020 09:40

0-2 in our immediate area
96 in our local authority
Level 3 which is equivalent to tier 3 in England it seems. We were in level 4 a week ago...

HigherFurtherFasterBaby · 19/12/2020 09:40

273 currently. Was over 700 not long ago.

NachoNachoMan · 19/12/2020 09:42

45.3... we are in tier 3, our LA is 138.3

boxcar · 19/12/2020 09:45

Over 1000. South Wales. 😔

Frazzled2207 · 19/12/2020 10:03

About 100. But was about 600 a few weeks ago

mrshoho · 19/12/2020 10:13

297.... Highest in England 🙃
Erm... you’re a long way off the highest Confused
Spacemonkey2016 · 19/12/2020 10:17
  1. It wasn't too long ago I can remember being 56/100,000. Also haven't known a single person to have had positive tests this whole time, until the last two weeks, where there's been 2 at our nursery and my SIL and 2 of her children.
tootyfruitypickle · 19/12/2020 10:19

Borough : 130ish
Immediate area: over 500
Tier 2.

TheAnswerIsCake · 19/12/2020 10:20

I’m unsure if the point of threads like this. The data is all freely available to look at. You’re also not specifying at which level, so could be getting different answers. Here the (most recent - obviously changes daily) UTLA rate is 550, LTLA rate is 490 but our MSOA rate is 208. Half a mile up the road MSOA is over 500 though.

You’ll honestly get far more from looking at the figures yourself than asking people for an undefined number from an undisclosed area.

Mischance · 19/12/2020 10:21

Gosh - how confusing it all is.
We are on 51 and in Tier 1 - but some of you seem to have a lower number but be in higher tiers.

My brain is beginning to hurt!
