I’m on CPAP. Everyone is doing their best to keep me alive but I feel traumatised. Family and friends are still asleep. Is anyone there to talk to me?

So glad things are moving forward for you Little spy . You made me feel very emotional reading your final post. I work in pharmacy and am just getting over Covid myself after catching it at work despite PPE etc. I feel your pain . Take care, onwards and upwards. Give yourself time and I’m sure you will slowly start to feel better and heal xxxx

Your final post brought a tear to my eye @LittleSpyintheSky. I am so glad you are home and hope you and the rest of your family get well soon Flowers

Thanks for coming back to tell us what happened , and also for posting on another thread I was on to reassure us. I really hope your recovery goes from strength to strength although you will need to take it slowly . I hope you will come back on and let us know how you are doing . I'm an HCP, and I know the polish nurse won't have taken it to heart , but I'm sure you will find a way to thank the staff in person eventually . Thanksget well .

@LittleSpyintheSky this is the first time that I’ve come across your thread, and just read all your highlighted posts. Anyone believing covid is a myth should be sent a link to your journey.
I hope your family are all doing well and be gentle with yourself and your emotions as you really have been through a trauma

Such a moving update. Please don't push yourself too hard, your body and mind need time to recover. I hope that you and your family will see improvement in the coming days - and how fabulous that you gained strength from some great mumsnetters during such a traumatic time.

OP, I’m glad you are home. Remember, it’s likely to still take a few more weeks to feel close to your usual self. Take things easy.

frumpety · 17/01/2021 20:46

Thank you @LittleSpyintheSky for all the lovely words you said about all the absolutely brilliant people working so hard to help you get better, the fact that you made it out the doors and down the slope is fantastic and I wish you and all your family a quick recovery.
