WHERE can I find out what tier my town is in?

BBC postcode search does not include tier update.
Can anyone help me find the map?

I can now breathe! We and our dd with severe learning difficulties are both in tier 1 for now. (Both our areas suffered a sudden spike last week). Was so, so worried!

High risk tier areas are not supposed to meet anyone from another household indoors.
If I lived 3 mins up the road I would be in a medium risk area and there would be no problem.
