He mentioned about hoping MPs would allow Manchester to go into tier 3 but isn't it up to him anyway even if Andy Burnham says no?

Bents was investigated for employing a disproportionate amount of young women.
It's known they don't want young lads, or men or even more mature women.

Was it @Devkesko?! I absolutely love Bents, does it count as Greater Manchester??

StubbleTurnips · 15/10/2020 23:13

By whom Dev?
Whoever investigated mustn’t frequent on weekday mornings where I can confirm that there’s a disproportionate amount of mature ladies working who my DD loves talking too.
Plus the older gents who do the warehouse for larger items, the butchers who are all gents.
You’re right that it’s a mainly female employer, as per gender pay gap reports. But I fail to see what you are implying.

Anyways, Xmas opening was this week so I’m avoiding til the sales now Grin

I can honestly say ive never actually paid any attention what so ever to the age or sex of Bents employees.

I will in future!

Devlesko · 16/10/2020 22:16

Yes, honestly.
Interviewees complained quite a few and they were found to have disproportionate amount of young women.
Locals used to joke if you had a girl they'd easily get a job there.
I don't know who they complained to, something to do with discrimination.
