How many cases per 100,000 in your area?

I have become slightly obsessed about checking the figures in my area each day. We have 7 per 100,000 which I think is pretty low. What are the numbers where you live?

117 per 100,000 with no local restrictions at all, despite neighbouring county with lower rate being in a local lockdown! Baffling 🤷🏼‍♀️

Our hospital is in special measures. Has been for years. I don't fancy my chances of surviving if I contract this virus. My consultant said the same.

Shielding myself and my family is the only way to avoid it.

@Threeisnotacrowd

Jeez people.

These numbers mean NOTHING until everywhere has the same standard and static testing regimes. That’s a million miles away from happening

Chill out

People are just stating numbers. You are the one that needs to chill out. You got on your high horse for no reason. Would you like to come down now?

7 - you’re not in Mid Suffolk too are you, Florabella?

Longwhiskers14 · 29/09/2020 08:46

33 cases per 100k here in north London, which translates to 88 new reported infections this week. It's a bit frustrating London could be forced into lockdown given our cases per 100k are much less than in the north and increasing at a far slower rate.

alig99 · 29/09/2020 09:06

This isn’t much good unless you say where you are!

ceeveebee · 29/09/2020 09:57

Here’s a full list of English boroughs if that’s helpful @alig99

We’ve now gone up from 35 at the start of august (when our local restrictions came in) to 61 last week and 113 this week. Those restrictions are really working out well...

Would be interesting to hear the 'rules' (if anyone even knows wtf they are any more) are in place compared to the number of cases.

Where I live it's 97 cases & were on complete lockdown (no rule of 6, no visiting family & fines if we do) 😡

sanityisamyth · 30/09/2020 14:53

76 now (according to BBC website). It's doubled in a week.

Smileyoriley · 30/09/2020 16:01

10- our rate is apparently falling

FourTeaFallOut · 30/09/2020 16:34

77, it was 26 only a week ago.

Egghead68 · 30/09/2020 16:37

265 per 100,000 (source King’s app)
