Test results through the night?

Anyone who has had a test via a drive through have you had results throughout the night?

I had a test Sunday morning and awaiting results I suffer with anxiety and haven't slept last night and currently pacing. I've refreshed my emails about a million times today. I've got cold like symptoms but have a temperature so not sure if it is covid or not but my husband is more poorly than me. (Coughing)

I dont even know why I'm posting this as I know it won't get the results any quicker!!

@Toddlermum1990 when did they tell you they had it at the lab? I just ring up and they said we have opened up a delayed results investigation Hopefully you will hear by Friday

Just had my text so that was about 21 hours from test to results. It was negative thankfully, symptoms must be something else.

@Spaghettihooplas Thank you, yes it is a relief! DC can go back to school at least. I'm on day 3 of a very high temperature though which is odd but at least it isn't that.

Finally got ours took 78 hours but luckily all negative, must have got the flu cause still feel terrible!

They said they did this morning, they opened an investigation and got results about 8 hours later. Sad cause my son was so excited to go to nursery and had to cancel but better to be safe. Hope yours come through soon

I am so sad for the kids, both due back at school tomorrow, both beyond excited and awaiting results which means if they don't come through n time they can't go :-(
