Wiping packages

Since Coronavirus does anyone wipe down their grocery and delivery packages, if so what with

At first I was cleaning most items with a soapy dishcloth and rinsing, but now I just put things straight in fridge or freezer and empty out multipack items into a box. When I need items I just ensure I wash my hands regularly when preparing meals and cook thoroughly. The only things that get washed are fruit (as I would have done anyway) and cans of drink that will be drunk from.

Interestingly I read a short article recently, can't remember where, that viable virus had surved in a freezer for about 5 days.

Research labs keep samples of various viruses frozen don't they?
