Invited for Covid19 test - cannot get booked in

I fill in the Kings College Covid19 app daily. At the moment I have got bacterial sinusitis- so I have filled out the app with this detail.

I've now received an email inviting me to take a test in the name of research - but I cannot get booked on anywhere within the next week.

Has anyone else had this problem? I don't understand why they are inviting people for testing when there simply isn't the capacity?

Found it. I re-did the text thing and it said the test has already been registered. And there was a 0300;number to call. They've escalated it.

I think they've lost it.
