It's been going on for hours with loud music in the garden and they've just had a jolly singing session of happy birthday and they are starting to spill out onto the street. My other neighbours next door but one
the other side appear to be having a hot tub party. Report or mind my own business apart from the fact that I feel like I'm actually at the party with my windows open
