I'll probably be hugging all my friends and throwing a party since it will be okay by then (I HOPE). And also going to the cinema, there are some really good movies I look forward to!

Seeing my Mum and Dad

ArriettyJones · 08/04/2020 07:06

Cinema, haircut then waitrose.

Not very exciting but it’s normal stuff I’m missing most.

Maybe I’ll book a holiday after that.

BikeRunSki · 08/04/2020 07:07

See my mum. She’s a widow and lives 300 miles away, alone. She’s over 70, so I may have to just stand at the bottom of her path and wave.

WitsEnding · 08/04/2020 07:08

Get on a bus or train and go outside the city. Put on nice clothes and sit in a cafe. See FWB.

RosesandIris · 08/04/2020 07:09

Getting my hair cut. Booking a holiday.

Polkadotpjs · 08/04/2020 07:09

Go out for breakfast

Mimishimi · 08/04/2020 07:11

See my dad
Work
Go back to flamenco

Babdoc · 08/04/2020 07:12

Give my adult daughters the biggest hug of their lives. I’m currently still in hospital, although now out of the Covid unit and recovering on a respiratory ward, after being ill for 17 days. I feared I wasn’t going to get through this, and my poor daughters have been worried sick.
The lockdown means I still won’t be able to hug them or even see them when I get discharged, as they live 50 miles away.

Sipperskipper · 08/04/2020 07:13

See my mum and dad with DD and all cuddle each other.

Get together with family & DDs lovely cousins.

See all our friends & their children.

Go for a nice Sunday lunch at the pub.

Pop to Waitrose with DD and have lunch in the cafe.

Have people over for a BBQ.

forkfun · 08/04/2020 07:13

See all the people I can't see now and hug them. I know I'll cry. I'm sappy like that. I miss friends and family a lot.

ArriettyJones · 08/04/2020 07:16

@Babdoc Flowers So glad you’re on the mend.

zafferana · 08/04/2020 07:18

Go and visit my parents, who are all self isolating and live 100 miles away.

Go and browse the shops.

Get a pedicure.

Sit in a cafe and catch up with my friends.

headispounding · 08/04/2020 07:20

Haircut

Long walk by the sea, pub lunch and ice cream

Take children on a big day out - zoo or theme park and spoilt them rotten.

Big Sunday lunch with all the family

ninja · 08/04/2020 07:21

I'd like to jump in a car and go and see the man I met at a weekend just before social distancing started (but while we were bumping elbows) and have been messaging (and virtually dating) since to see if the connection we feel is real.

I've had a difficult time over the last few years and it's nice to be laughing and smiling again

Raffathebear · 08/04/2020 07:23

Go for a long walk far from me in area of outstanding beauty then grocery shop to my hearts content buying prawns fresh, tempura and order wagamama home delivery and curry (both shut down).

NuovaMoi · 08/04/2020 07:25

Wander around the shops for some mindless window shopping, then eat lunch out

CoodleMoodle · 08/04/2020 07:28

See my Mum.

See my PIL (and get MIL to cut DH and DS' hair, possibly me and DD as well).

See my best friend.

Take DS to look at real cars and trucks rather than making do with YouTube (nothing comes past our house).

Take DD on a girly shopping trip to buy new clothes. Maybe school uniform, depending on when it is.

Turn my phone off.
Go somewhere by myself, with my dh or dc.
Be uncontactable.

MrsBungle · 08/04/2020 08:06

@Babdoc I’m really glad you’re on the mend Flowers

Ferfooksek · 08/04/2020 08:07

Shops and pub

YellowPirate · 08/04/2020 08:09

See parents as soon as we can. Go for a walk in the woods and then a McDonalds! And a few bits I want to do at work. I'm looking forward to a nice coffee with my colleagues.

mymoonmyman2020 · 08/04/2020 08:09

Eating out! Cafes. Cinema. Maybe shopping. Library/bookshops, hmmm.

Most of all - seeing my parents, I really miss them :(
