They were all often in close proximity, and Boris has just been taken to hospital.

I’m quite concerned we don’t seem to have heard anything. He seems such a smart, calm, capable man. I was always pleased to hear him.

I’ve been quite anxious about him from the start. He might be very private but in his line of work I imagine this is something he would want to be at the forefront of advising and answering questions.

After some of the awful stuff on Facebook and Twitter I wouldn't blame him if he had decided to say sod the lot of you I'm staying at home for 2 weeks eating chocolate hobnobs, drinking beer in my pants and watching box sets.

I hope he's ok too. I like hearing him speak and want him back doing the daily CV broadcast. He's clearly a great mind. I'm even missing Boris doing that. I can't believe I've just said that, not a huge fan of his, but him speaking alongside CW and the Chief Science guy was reassuring and informative.

I hope he's well and will be back doing the daily updates soon. There's no performance or drama with him, just facts and clarity, which I find very reassuring.

I'm worried about him too, as well as Boris. I was also worried about Jenny Harries until she appeared at today's briefing as I've thought she was very reassuring too.
Bad enough worrying about my nearest and dearest without adding in people I don't even know!

I have been concerned we haven’t been told ‘he’s still displaying mild symptoms’ like with BJ. Even more worried after the comment today about ‘losing a couple of people he really admired’ Worrying.

I thought he had appeared at a press conference since unisolating?

I'd rather they used Matt Hancock as the front man. He's (in theory) immune now and is the health secretary.
